Key Responsibilities: Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality compliance. Manage procurement processes, including purchase orders, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management. Communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure supply chain efficiency. Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and cost-saving opportunities. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations. Handle procurement documentation, including invoices, contracts, and reports. Work with finance and logistics teams to ensure timely payment and delivery. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field. Fluent in Mandarin (HSK 5 or above) and English 1-3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure. Familiarity with import/export regulations is a plus.
