About the role We are looking for a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to manage supplier relationships, handle procurement activities, and ensure timely delivery of quality parts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support business objectives in a fast-paced semiconductor environment. Strong negotiation, analytical skills, and cost awareness are key. What You Will Do Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost savings and cost avoidance. Conduct supplier evaluations and qualifications and organize supplier partnership meetings to ensure suppliers are competent, qualified, and compliant with quality standards. Perform bidding for required commodities through E-RFQ to ensure best-value purchasing decisions. Collect, consolidate, and report section KPIs to provide relevant information to suppliers and management. Develop, approve, and maintain procedures, specifications, and quality records to ensure documents are current and up to date. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for product inspections and liaise with vendors on part replacements or returns related to quality complaints. Provide information, strategies, and best practices to stakeholders to ensure collective leverage and business advantages. Handle any other ad-hoc assignments as required by business needs. Example: Support component sourcing globally to assist vendors in meeting delivery timelines. What you will need Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in Supply Chain or Purchasing. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Proficient in procurement SOP. Knowledge of machining cost calculation (an advantage). Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of SAP (an advantage). A strong team player with the ability to build solid internal and external relationships. Excellent negotiation skills and strong pricing awareness. High integrity, eager to learn, detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
