We are seeking a Procurement Specialist who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing IT hardware, software, and services that power NinjaOne across a workforce spanning 10+ countries. From contract negotiation and vendor partnerships to global logistics and process improvement, you’ll oversee the full procurement lifecycle to ensure cost-effective, timely, and high-quality delivery. This is not a back-office purchasing role — it’s an opportunity to own procurement end-to-end, influence how we invest in IT, and establish Procurement as a first-stop strategic partner to the business. You’ll manage immediate project needs while building scalable practices that connect Accounting, IT, HR, Legal, and beyond. If you’re resourceful, detail-oriented, and excited by the challenge of hypergrowth, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact and leave a lasting mark on a fast-growing global company.
Location - We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states - CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, *IL, KS, ME, MA, NJ, NC, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, & WA.
