What We are looking for As a Procurement Specialist at Novibet, you will support the effective delivery of procurement activities across a range of Professional Services categories. This role plays a key part in driving operational excellence across sourcing, supplier management, and procure-to-pay processes. What you will work on Support procurement activities across Professional Services categories (e.g. consulting, finance, legal, HR, and outsourced services) Assist in the execution of sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives Conduct market research and supplier benchmarking to support data-driven decisions Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process efficiency Review and validate Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in line with agreed terms Support approval workflows in accordance with internal governance and authorization thresholds Participate in RFx processes (RFQ/RFP), including documentation preparation and supplier communication Analyze supplier proposals and support evaluation and selection processes Collaborate with Finance and suppliers to resolve invoicing issues and ensure smooth service delivery Assist in supplier onboarding, due diligence, and contract management processes Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing guidance on procurement processes and best practices What you bring Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field 2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing or a similar role Exposure to Professional Services categories (e.g., consulting,IT, legal, HR) is preferred Familiarity with procure-to-pay (P2P) processes and systems (Coupa experience is an advantage) Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) Additional language(s), such as Spanish or Portuguese, will be considered a plus What we offer We truly value our people at Novibet!
