PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

The Procurement Specialist is a key contributor within the Supply Chain function at Restaurant Technologies, responsible for overseeing the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process while driving strategic sourcing initiatives. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of balancing tactical execution with strategic thinking to optimize procurement operations and supplier relationships.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, and a strategic and analytical mindset while remaining adaptable to tactical needs. Ability to lead and facilitate training sessions and presentations when needed. Success in this role requires strong relationship management skills and a steadfast commitment to operational excellence.
Travel: up to 20% domestically
Location: Prefer someone living in MN; this role would be hybrid.
Compensation: The base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience and performance. Please note that the base salary will vary based on geographic location, market conditions, and the candidate’s experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or Finance
  • 3+ years of experience working with Oracle or similar ERP systems.
  • Demonstrated abilities in negotiation and cost-out related activities Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • High sense of ownership and commitment to performance excellence
  • Organizational Skills – Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and execute multiple projects efficiently while adhering to deadlines, ensuring seamless transitions between planning and implementation.
  • Communication Skills – Skilled in fostering trust and credibility across all organizational levels, promoting collaboration and transparency.
  • Demonstrated examples of managing multiple priorities and projects effectively
  • Facilitate Expertise – Proficient in leading meetings, training sessions, and presentations to effectively convey key insights and enhance engagement.

Preferred

  • Demonstrated success in driving cost savings and improving supplier performance and contract management.
  • Analytical Thinking – Adept at critically assessing processes and projects, synthesizing insights to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Experienced in managing competing priorities, budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis to optimize resource allocation and achieve strategic objectives
