Description

Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management.
Identify and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate competitive pricing and contract terms.
Prepare purchase orders (POs), maintain procurement records, and monitor deliveries.
Coordinate with Construction, Projects, Finance, and Administration departments.
Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services for real estate development projects.
Monitor supplier performance, quality, costs, and delivery schedules.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and approved budgets.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of procurement experience in the UAE, preferably within real estate development or construction.
Strong knowledge of UAE suppliers, sourcing procedures, and procurement practices.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement systems.
Ability to manage multiple procurement requirements and meet deadlines.
Preference: Candidates with UAE real estate development or construction experience.
