Description SHINE Technologies is seeking a Procurement Specialist to provide administrative oversight to the execution of purchase orders, contracts, and contract changes supporting the Chrysalis, a first-of-a-kind facility located in Janesville, WI. The Procurement Specialist will accomplish this though their extensive NetSuite knowledge and ability to integrate with Engineering and Construction teams to understand project needs. The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year plus a comprehensive compensation package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Duties and Responsibilities: Specific duties and responsibilities of the Procurement Specialist include, but are not limited to: Interfacing with Construction and Engineering groups to understand project needs for purchasing and contract updates. Assist in the preparation of requests for proposals, bid tabulation, bid evaluation, and bid award as required. Assisting in contract development for engineering, fabrication, and construction contracts as required. Executing contracts and purchase orders with approved vendors, including foreign companies through NetSuite. Issuing purchase orders and agreements that accurately reflect price, schedule, and terms and conditions as negotiated. Coordinating shipping and deliveries with Warehouse personnel to SHINE facilities. Resolving simple claim or dispute events with vendors. Establishing effective communications, good relations, and positive rapport with vendors, promoting courtesy, objectivity, and fairness. Filing appropriate record documents with Document Control. Maintain invoicing queue in NetSuite for timely payment of invoices. Requirements Associate degree in supply chain or other technical discipline preferred A minimum of three (3) years of related work experience Knowledge of NetSuite and SAP Concur Organizational skills and attention to detail for contract development and implementation Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Must be skilled in the use of Microsoft 365 software. Working Conditions and Physical Effort: Requires occasional leaning, bending, stooping, crouching, grasping, and reaching above the shoulders and below the knees. Occasional physical activity. May require handling of average-weight objects up to 40 pounds or standing and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day. Fine motor coordination and strong depth perception is beneficial. Work involves occasional exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises. Work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions. Employees must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily.
