Silver Fern Farms is seeking a detail-driven Procurement Specialist to join our Finance Division and play a key role in enhancing the value, performance, and compliance of our sourcing operations. This role supports Procurement Category Managers by helping to manage supplier relationships, monitor contract performance, and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency and supplier service.
You’ll also work closely with our Procurement Category Managers, supporting data-driven procurement decisions, risk management, and continuous improvement across key processes.
Day-to-day, you’ll manage end-to-end contract administration, support internal teams with procurement policy guidance, and lead documentation for competitive procurement processes such as RFPs and RFQs. Your work will enable better decision-making and help ensure our procurement operations are delivering real value to the business.
This is a role for someone who thrives on structure, analysis, and stakeholder collaboration – and who brings a sharp eye for detail and a drive to do things better.
