What You’ll Do Supplier Inclusion & Responsible Sourcing Maintain and validate supplier inclusion data, including spend, certifications, KPIs, and reporting metrics Support recurring internal and external reporting (leadership dashboards, client requests, surveys, and questionnaires) Respond to RFPs and due diligence requests related to responsible sourcing Analyze supplier spend to identify growth opportunities and inclusion potential Support the recruitment, onboarding, and engagement of new suppliers into reporting programs Maintain program governance documents, resources, and internal knowledge pages Supply Chain Sustainability & ESG Support Scope 3 emissions data collection, category modeling, and supplier engagement Maintain sustainable procurement dashboards and scorecards for sourcing and category teams Contribute to ESG and climate-related disclosures, including supply chain sustainability metrics Support sustainability-related client questionnaires and RFP responses Monitor emerging ESG regulations (e.g., CSRD, climate disclosure rules, due diligence laws) and help maintain compliance-ready data Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Program Support Partner with Procurement to embed responsible sourcing requirements into sourcing strategies Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and data quality enhancements Assist in developing training materials, guidance, and educational content for internal stakeholders Engage suppliers to collect data, communicate expectations, and drive performance improvements What We’re Looking For Experience in procurement, vendor management, or supply chain programs Strong data analysis and data management skills, with the ability to identify trends and anomalies Experience with reporting tools and dashboards, including Power BI Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with internal stakeholders and external suppliers Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and support cross‑functional initiatives A continuous‑improvement mindset with interest in automation and process optimization Must‑Have Capabilities Ensuring high‑quality supplier inclusion and sustainability data Conceptualizing and analyzing complex datasets Providing clear project updates and stakeholder communication Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and automation Why This Role Make a measurable impact on supplier inclusion and sustainability initiatives Collaborate across procurement, legal, risk, operations, and ESG teams Gain visibility into regulatory, client, and leadership reporting Work in a role that blends analytics, strategy, and purpose Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
