You will be supporting the international roll-out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical-stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, with a focus on procurement operations, vendor management, or sourcing.
  • Experience with procurement software and systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Coupa).
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance and procurement regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including purchase orders, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Procurement Knowledge: Understanding of both tactical and strategic procurement processes, with the ability to prioritize and triage requests based on urgency and category.
  • Compliance and Control: Knowledge of SOX compliance, internal controls, and procurement audit requirements.
  • PO Management: Ability to manage POs effectively, ensuring they are opened correctly, monitored for closure, and amended as necessary due to contract changes.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to interact effectively with both internal teams and suppliers.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in procurement documentation, ensuring accurate and compliant records.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to proactively identify procurement challenges and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
  • Time Management: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Comfortable analyzing procurement data and using it to inform decisions and improvements.
