Procurement Specialist (temporary contract) The Procurement Specialist is responsible for managing the sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing of non-fuels goods and services required by the organization. This role ensures that procurement activities align with company policies, budgetary objectives, and strategic goals. Cooperating closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to optimize costs, maintain quality standards, and ensure timely delivery, while also mitigating risks and fostering supplier relationships. Requirements: · Master’s degree, preferred: management, administration, economics, logistics · Knowledge of purchasing processes and categories, · Knowledge of supplier selection criteria, · Knowledge of negotiation techniques, · Knowledge of Contract Management · Knowledge of MARCOM, IT,HSE categories will be additional advantage · Knowledge of SAP Ariba/SAP GOP systems will be an additional advantage · Min. 3 years' experience in a purchasing dept., including one year in an independent position as a buyer/purchasing category manager · ability to think analytically · communication skills, · ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders · accuracy, regularity, good organization of own work · ability to make decisions independently · time management skills · problem-solving skills · ability to present results and communicate conclusions in a clear and concise manner · teamwork orientation, open-mindedness, strong communication skills · knowledge of English sufficient for fluent communication in both spoken and written form Your duties will include: 1. continuously maintaining supplier relationships, monitoring and obtaining supplier qualifications, as well as the supplier evaluation process; 2. maintaining good relations with internal stakeholders using formal and informal communication tools; 3. maintaining relationships with MOL Group category managers and alignment in implementing category strategy 4. articipating in medium- and long-term planning of non-fuel purchases and products and services taking into account purchase prices, requirements for the aforementioned products and services, and market information, in accordance with the company's existing strategy, preparing non-fuel procurement plans 5. conducting contractor selection procedures for the Company, with particular emphasis on supervising the formal and procedural correctness of the procedures conducted 6. performing tasks related to Source to Contract processes. In cooperation with relevant business unit representatives, responsibility for preparation of sourcing documentation, evaluation matrix, evaluation methodology, scoring methodology, list of potential bidders, RFI, RFP, RFQ 7. negotiating the terms of contracts 8. managing the process of evaluating bids in the system, supplier selection, concluding contracts and obtaining signatures in accordance with the Company's regulations effective management of the assigned purchasing category (including identifying and undertaking optimization and cost-saving initiatives) 9. preparing draft of contracts and annexes, cooperating with Legal and Tax to obtain the required opinions 10. representing the Procurement unit at the Group and local Company level, participating in initiatives to increase the efficiency of procurement processes 11. preparing reports on conducted proceedings for the Company's needs, 12. maintaining an archive of the documentation of conducted proceedings for supplier selection 13. creating contracts in SAP GOP 14. creating and submitting to suppliers POs in SAP GOP 15. requesting MDM to create/modify master data of: suppliers, services and materials Why is it worth joining us? · We provide the opportunity to learn through contact with interesting business environments and projects, · We offer competitive remuneration (including performance bonuses) and benefits.
