Tetra Tech International Development is seeking a dynamic and experienced Procurement Specialist to lead and coordinate the Support Unit’s procurement planning and implementation across the program portfolio of infrastructure projects in the Pacific.

  • Lead and coordinate procurement planning and implementation for the AIFFP Support Unit in line with Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs) and AIFFP frameworks.
  • Develop sourcing strategies, draft tender documentation, and oversee end-to-end procurement processes, including evaluation and contract finalisation.
  • Contribute to procurement governance, including risk mitigation, committee evaluations, and compliance with internal policies.
  • Monitor contract performance and implement systems to track procurement progress across the program portfolio.
  • Manage procurement resource allocation to ensure consistent, timely, and high-quality service delivery.
  • Mentor and support project teams to strengthen procurement capabilities and adherence to ethical standards
