JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the procurement process, ensuring the acquisition of high-quality materials and services while optimizing costs. This position requires expertise in various procurement management practices, including contract negotiation, supplier management, and supply chain logistics. The Procurement Specialist will work closely with internal stakeholders to align purchasing strategies with organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in procurement management, sourcing, and supplier management.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract negotiations.
• Familiarity with MRP systems and logistics operations within the supply chain.
• Knowledge of quality management principles and practices in procurement.
• Ability to perform detailed analysis and develop strategic recommendations based on data insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
