Due to continued growth and ambitious expansion plans, we’re looking for two full-time Procurement Specialist to join our International Trading Team.

• Proven ability to hit sales targets and meet KPIs
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English essential)

• Able to think quickly under pressure and solve problems
• Commercially minded with an understanding of profit/loss
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook

THE ROLE

As a Procurement Specialist, you’ll be a vital part of our international trading operations. You will manage key client relationships, drive revenue growth, and oversee the full procurement and supply cycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing international clients
• Grow sales and revenue from assigned accounts
• Source and negotiate the most competitive prices and terms from both existing and new suppliers to provide accurate and timely quotes for our international customers’ requests.
• Efficiently manage multiple RFQ deadlines to ensure timely and accurate responses that meet customer expectations.
• Proactively follow up on customer quotations to drive conversion and secure sales orders.
• Maintain supplier relationships and uphold service-level agreements
• Deliver fast, viable procurement solutions for clients
• Consistently meet personal sales targets and KPIs
