Role Description
This is a work-from-home, commission-based role for a Procurement Specialist with TriState Hospitality. You can set your own hours and work when it’s convenient for you — bid submission opportunities are available 24/7, offering full scheduling flexibility.
In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with the Regional Sales Director to identify and pursue commercial and government contract opportunities. You’ll be responsible for researching bid opportunities, preparing competitive proposals, and managing the submission process from start to finish. Your income will be based on the value of contracts awarded through your efforts, making this a high-reward position for a motivated self-starter.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and track relevant contract and bid opportunities
• Prepare, review, and submit proposals in compliance with requirements
• Maintain accurate bid documentation and deadlines
• Coordinate with the Regional Sales Director to align strategies
• Monitor bid results and follow up on awarded opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, contract bidding, or proposal writing
• Strong organizational, analytical, and research skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision
• Familiarity with government or commercial contract portals a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred (experience may substitute for degree)
• Procurement or supply chain certifications (e.g., CPSM, CPP) are a plus

Pay: $47,877.63 - $57,659.07 per year
