POSITION SUMMARY:

This position reports directly to the Senior Manager of IPS & Procurement and will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, including special assignments as needed. The ideal candidate will oversee the complete sample garment manufacturing process, ensuring timely delivery to meet merchandising and sales requirements. Additionally, the candidate will assist with monthly raw material procurement and IPS activities, while developing a strong understanding of the finished goods IPS framework and associated financial protocols.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE DESIRED:

· Bachelor’s degree in business finance, inventory management, or related field
· Minimum 3 years of experience in production, procurement, or inventory management required
· Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES:

· Strong understanding of procurement and inventory processes is preferred
· High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
· Excellent quantitative, analytical and communication skills
· Must be organized, detail oriented and effective with follow-up
· Be able to work independently within set timelines and meet deadlines
· Knowledge of raw materials, yield concepts, and color accuracy
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Lyndhurst, NJ 0707

· Manage end-to-end sample garment processes from style creation to on-time delivery
· Support monthly raw material procurement and IPS operations
· Maintain procurement SOPs and training documentation
· Develop a strong understanding of the finished goods IPS structure and core principles
· Compile and analyze monthly raw material and finished goods corporate reporting
· Oversee raw material markdown inventory, disposal, and reporting
· Manage aging and DMR reports, ensuring financial oversight and alignment with cross-functional partners
· Track ESG regulations and ensure factory compliance
· Maintain accurate records of audits, inspections, and compliance activities
· Contribute to CSR initiatives and sustainability reporting
· Assign style numbers and FG color codes, update FlexPLM and seasonal color grids
· Provide ad hoc support for procurement and IPS tasks
