We are seeking a highly motivated Procurement Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring goods and services, ensuring compliance with company policies, technical standards, and project requirements. Key Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate new suppliers and sub-contractors. Understand the specific needs and requirements of technical projects. Issue RFQs and RFPs, and evaluate supplier proposals. Negotiate terms, conditions, and prices with suppliers. Place and monitor procurement orders. Ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Verify the quality of received goods and services. Implement and adhere to the company’s procurement policies and procedures. Incorporate items and orders in the ERP system. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a construction company. Familiarity with technical specifications and standards in engineering and construction. Solid knowledge of procurement processes and contract management. Strong negotiation and dispute resolution skills. Familiarity with procurement management systems (e.g., ERP). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Native knowledge of Greek and good command of English (written and spoken). Category B driver’s license. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
