• Support with the operational management of our suppliers and orders
• Obtaining and verifying prices, terms and conditions, and order confirmations
• Order entry and processing in the ERP system
• Monitoring of delivery dates and proactive clarification of delays
• Coordination with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries and open issues
• Reviewing incoming supplier invoices and coordinating with the finance team
• Application of agreed contractual penalties or reimbursement amounts in case of delivery delays
• Maintenance and updating of article and supplier master data
• Close collaboration with purchasing, finance and other internal interfaces
• Support in the continuous optimization of our purchasing and ordering processes

WHY YOU ARE A GOOD FIT FOR US

• 1-2 years of professional experience in purchasing, finance or a comparable field
• Initial experience in collaborating with international suppliers
• A good understanding of payment processes and international transactions such as T/T, letters of credit, or similar payment terms.
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally initial knowledge of DATEV
• Excellent Excel skills and confident handling of numbers and structured data
• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• Structured, meticulous and reliable work ethic
• Organizational talent and the ability to coordinate multiple suppliers, orders, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Clear communication and a confident demeanor towards internal and external contacts.
• High level of initiative and hands-on mentality
