Working within our function departments, you would be supporting all of our businesses. Job Description Conduct the purchasing process in accordance with the company's needs and monitor it effectively. Conduct the supplier sourcing process and negotiations to secure better prices and services in line with capacity. Continue to prioritise savings and make sure that you keep an eye on your spending. Obtain the best prices through the applicable standard purchasing process in accordance with the company's capacity. Submit POs and follow up on their approval in accordance with the applicable approval hierarchy. Register all suppliers that are partners of the company. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure goods arrive according to the predetermined target. Carry out purchasing processes according to company needs and monitor them effectively Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree any majors At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field Familiar with Google Workspace and Ms. Excel Good Communication and decision-maker Willing to Contract Temporary for Maternity Leave Competitive Basic Salary BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan
