Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Procurement Supervisor to join our procurement team in Raffles & Fairmont The Red Sea. As a key member of our organization, you will oversee purchasing activities, manage supplier relationships, and ensure the timely acquisition of goods and services while maintaining cost-effectiveness. Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with organizational goals and budget constraints Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers to secure the best value for the company Oversee the entire purchasing process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Collaborate with department heads to determine purchasing needs and forecast demand Analyze market trends, pricing data, and supplier performance to make informed purchasing decisions Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory levels, and supplier information Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant Saudi Arabian regulations Coordinate and conduct regular inventory audits with storeroom personnel Mentor and supervise junior purchasing staff, providing guidance and performance feedback Implement and maintain quality control measures for purchased goods and services Cultivate and manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable and high-quality supply Stay informed about industry trends and innovations in procurement practices Qualifications Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of purchasing experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role Proven track record of successful contract negotiations and cost savings Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices Experience with procurement software and inventory management systems Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Knowledge of local suppliers and market conditions in Saudi Arabia Familiarity with Saudi Arabian procurement regulations and practices Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment Additional Information Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment. experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages. Experience in pre-Opening is a must. A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
