REQUIREMENTS

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, category purchasing, or supply chain analytics.
• Proficient of BI tools, such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Proven track record managing procurement for specific product categories and driving measurable improvements in cost, lead time, and vendor quality.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and procurement analytics tools.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, array formulas preferred).
• Strong understanding of SKU creation, BOM management, product costing, and inventory forecasting principles.
• Excellent organizational skills, data accuracy discipline, and ability to handle competing priorities under deadlines.
• Prior experience in e-commerce, consumer products, or manufacturing strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory optimization methodologies such as ABC analysis, safety stock calculations, and service level planning.
• Experience implementing vendor performance programs and category sourcing strategies.
• Knowledge of global sourcing practices, including Asia-based supplier coordination.

JOB PURPOSE:

Vego Garden is seeking a strategic and analytically minded Procurement Supervisor to play a critical role in driving category purchasing performance, inventory optimization, and vendor relationship excellence for our core product lines. This role goes beyond transactional purchasing, requiring advanced skills in inventory data analysis, supplier performance tracking, and category-level procurement strategy.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing key product categories, executing replenishment and reorder strategies, monitoring vendor KPIs, and ensuring cost accuracy and SKU integrity. This is a high-responsibility position within our procurement team, designed for a professional who can combine technical mastery of procurement systems with strategic oversight of purchasing activities.
