The Centre of Excellence (COE) team is crucial to enabling and embedding transformative capabilities within P&SC by enhancing governance, mitigating risk and sustaining practice excellence through adoption of best practices, digital capabilities and analytics. Job Summary This position supports the Governance & Excellence team in embedding structured supply chain risk framework, optimizing procurement process and managing supply chain and ESG risks through reporting, practice development, and continuous improvement. This position requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners, enabling the implementation and continuous improvement of procurement practices and supporting the advancement of departmental capabilities. Responsibilities Planning & Strategy Support the development and deployment of governance frameworks and risk management capabilities across the department. Serve as the bridge between policy formulation and operational execution as part of the Centre of Excellence member. Governance, Risk & Process Management Support supply chain risk initiative development and implementation. Coordination and consolidation of control registers, tracking risk mitigation actions and periodic reviews. Assist in conducting process documentation and workflow assessments to identify improvement areas and support compliance monitoring. Compile and prepare reporting summaries, meeting materials, and action trackers. Collaborate with Digital Enablement & Analytics Team and internal Category teams to refine dashboards, trackers, exceptions, and governance indicators. Support data collection efforts pertaining to sustainability performance measurements. Supplier & Stakeholder Management Contribute to formulation of stakeholder engagement, including feedback loops and reporting mechanisms to inform continuous practice improvement. Provide administrative and logistical support for internal and external engagement sessions as required. Knowledge and Template Management Support the maintenance of a centralised “Knowledge Hub” for version-controlled templates, case studies, and reference materials. Organise and facilitate regular knowledge-sharing sessions for successful projects, best practices, and emerging technologies within P&SC team and global hubs. Implement templates / assets classification and tagging to improve accessibility and ensure accuracy, relevancy, and timely updates. Capability and Talent Development Assist in maintaining alignment between the P&SC competency model and departmental training plans to support consistent capability building. Contribute to the design and rollout of curriculum modules that cover foundational, technical, and role-specific skills. Help coordinate training delivery using a mix of internal expertise, external programs, and blended learning formats. Support partnerships with professional bodies (e.g., CIPS, ISM) to access learning resources and certification pathways. Maintain learning profiles to track progress, skill development, and certification milestones. Provide support in implementing mentorship initiatives, rotation programs, and graduate development activities to strengthen future leadership pipelines. P&SC Business Management Support the Chief P&SC Manager-COE in the tracking and monitoring of department budget, assist in workforce planning and maintaining headcount reports Support on other adhoc administrative tasks as requested from time to time Requirements Degree holder or equivalent in suitable disciplines with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in Engineering/ Business Administration/ Supply Chain Management OR Higher Diploma with a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in procurement field Sound knowledge and curiosity of supply chain management with good analytical, problem solving and interpersonal communication skills Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for data validation and reporting accuracy. Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills are strongly preferred Good organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
