Your job

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist (m/f/d) at our Bad Neustadt/Saale location. You will be involved in the analytical planning and cost-efficient and economical execution of purchasing processes.

Your tasks

• Independent analysis and evaluation of procurement markets for the assigned purchasing area (including trade fair and supplier visits)
• Obtaining and evaluating offers (ERFPs), including for special solutions
• Support for global ERFPs in collaboration with commodity management
• Derivation / development of purchasing strategies for the assigned area
• Independent negotiation of prices, purchasing conditions, individual and framework agreements
• Market monitoring with regard to new suppliers and new technologies for the assigned purchasing area

You should bring this with you

• Completed commercial training with further education in the field of purchasing, materials management, logistics or similar.
• Relevant professional experience in the field of purchasing
• Your work style is analytical, proactive, and responsible.
• You enjoy working in a team and possess strong communication skills.
• Good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
