Our company is in an exciting growth phase, and we’re looking for a versatile Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to cover and complement a team member on parental leave. In this role, you’ll combine hands-on operational purchasing with technical and strategic procurement expertise. You’ll ensure smooth order processes, strengthen supplier relationships, and help shape our supply chain strategy to support the company’s next stage of growth. We are a young deep-tech company that creates and produces internationally awarded smart glasses. Our headquarters are in Vienna, where we develop and manufacture both the hardware and the software of the smart glasses. Tasks What You’ll Be Doing Manage procurement processes independently (requests, offers, orders, delivery tracking) Collaborate closely with production and engineering on technical specifications and supplier evaluations Develop and maintain supplier relationships, including contract and price negotiations Build supplier strategies with focus on risk management and cost optimization Support finance with budget and cashflow planning through transparent purchasing data Contribute to the digitalization of supply chain and procurement processes (ERP/tool expansion) Prepare supply chain and procurement reports (volumes, open orders, KPI tracking) Requirements What You Bring to the Team Completed commercial or technical education with focus on procurement/supply chain Professional experience in technical and/or strategic purchasing, ideally in production or tech industries Strong knowledge of contract and price negotiations Proficiency with MS Excel; experience with ERP systems Excellent organizational and communication skills Structured, hands-on working style with a team-oriented mindset Benefits What's extra?
