JOB SUMMARY

The Procurement & Supply Chain Manager will play a key role in supporting both procurement and supply chain functions, with a focus on franchise operations and cross-functional collaboration. This role involves managing inventory processes, supplier coordination, order tracking, and franchise communication, while contributing to sourcing and distribution strategies. The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer service-oriented, and organized, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills that can offset limited direct supply chain experience.
This position reports to the CFO and department heads and works closely with internal teams, suppliers, distributors, and franchise operators.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management within the food industry managing over $10M in annual purchasing
  • Franchise food industry experience preferred
  • College degree preferred.
  • Experience working with broadline distribution or familiarity with distribution models strongly preferred.

SKILLS

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with franchisees.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional setting.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day supply chain tasks including order processing, inventory tracking, and supplier communications.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for our third-party supply chain partner, coordinating tasks and supporting all supply chain initiatives
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries from the Supply Chain email inbox, ensuring prompt resolution of franchisee requests and escalations.
  • Facilitate communication and work cross-functionally with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support demand forecasting and inventory planning to maintain product availability and minimize waste.
  • Assist in procurement processes including sourcing, vendor coordination, and order management.
  • Collaborate with distributors and suppliers to resolve delivery or quality issues.
  • Organize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Participate in supplier performance reviews and category management initiatives as assigned.
  • Solicit bids from new suppliers
