Description We are seeking a Procurement Support Analyst / Writer to support large-scale information technology initiatives through high-quality procurement documentation and stakeholder collaboration. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys writing, analysis, and contributing to complex, high-impact projects. You’ll work closely with client stakeholders to develop clear, well-structured procurement materials that support informed decision-making and successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities Assist with developing standard content sections and templates for procurement files Develop high-quality, clear, and grammatically correct RFP content Document business and technical requirements for IT procurements Conduct market research and provide insights based on similar procurements within the MES domain Draft and refine Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Support meetings with client stakeholders to gather feedback on requirements and RFP content Develop cost proposal content using Excel-based tools Support cost estimation development Draft evaluation criteria using Excel-based tools Perform quality reviews and provide editorial support for RFP documents Assist with meeting coordination, including scheduling, agenda creation, and meeting minutes Requirements Five (5) years of experience supporting large-scale projects, programs, or organizational initiatives Two (2) years of experience developing procurement documentation for large-scale IT initiatives Associate or Bachelor’s degree Preferred Qualifications Three (3) years of general IT systems experience, including formal training or education Two (2) years of experience working with healthcare systems Certifications or experience in Process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, Agile, PDCA, Kanban) Project Management Business Analysis ITIL or similar frameworks Master’s degree Minimal travel to Albany, NY may be required.
