He/she will be able to assume the following activities: Procurement process Interface with Requisitioners to collect needs Support Purchase Requisition SAP release Support Requisitioners in Internal Tracking: material delivery, contract status, service fulfilment, invoice approval Specific support required for transportation procurement and management Financial Month End Closure: Provide monthly accruals Review suppliers feedback and check with requisitioner service and material delivery status Provide background information to Finance in case of discrepancies with Actuals and Forecast data Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related. 1-2 years’ experience in Program Engineering, Finance or related functions Knowledge of Economics Capability to manage and solve issues Good English and Italian both written and spoken Team working and good communication skills Additional Information At SEGULA Technologies, diversity, equity and inclusion are at the core of our human resources policy.
