Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Imperial Brands is an inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees who are looking to recruit a Procurement Transformation Lead on a fixed term basis until end of September 2025.
The Procurement Transformation & Strategy Team is a newly created team responsible for shaping the future strategy of our Global Procurement function and driving procurement’s encompassing transformation agenda.
Please note this role can be based at any Imperial Brands locations depending on the suitable candidate.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Managing and implementing key projects & initiatives of the overall transformation program to achieve our FY25 ambitions and strategy goals
  • Working closely with all Procurement Towers to ensure delivery against plan of all transformation projects in close cooperation with project owners and procurement workstream lead
  • Support in planning, executing, and communicating their initiatives and align key stakeholders on project realisation
  • Provide input to the transformation strategy and plans – in close collaboration with the Procurement Transformation Manager (Strategy)
  • Work collaboratively with the Procurement Capability and the GSC Strategy team to further embed an efficient Performance Management framework across Procurement
  • Managing and monitoring progress to ensure timely execution and realization of the assumed cost savings and cash improvements
