ROLES AND RESPONSABILITIES: · IT Environment – Level Four · IT Standards, Procedures, Policies – Level Four · IT Project Planning and Organization – Level Four · IT Project Management – NA · Workflow Analysis – Level Two · Business Assessment – Level Four · IT Project Control and Reporting – Level Four IT Industry: Trends and Directions – Level Four · 6 to 9 years of experience as a member of a consulting, or system integrator (Implementation Partner) firm and preferred if worked for O&G. · Able to effectively interact with cross functional Teams. Understanding of Drilling industry will be a plus. · Participated in 1 or 2 full life cycle SCM modules implementations requiring knowledge of Blueprint workshops (HLA Demo), Design, development and implementation. · In addition to base modules of HCM, it is preferred to have knowledge and / or work experience on Learning, Recruitment and OTL and other modules in HCM. · Experience in understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP (HCM) upgrades. Having knowledge on inter-module related integrations and its connection withing other modules in ERP will be preferred. · Experience with Cloud integration technologies is a plus Solution and Architecture certifications is a plus e.g. TOGAF Experience with hybrid infrastructure environment i-e OnPrem and Cloud. · Recommended technologies which will increase performance, reliability, security, cost effectiveness, and infrastructure flexibility utilizing organization standards Identified process improvement, prepare policy and procedure documentation Performed post-construction review and validation of built solution to ensure it meets architectural standards Knowledge of SaaS, infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), and predictive analytics Experience in understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP (SCM) upgrades. Having knowledge on Finance modules and its connection with SCM will be preferred. Experience with Cloud integration technologies is a plus Solution and Architecture certifications is a plus e.g. TOGAF JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge and Experience • End-to-end Solutioning including Building Service design and delivery experience as a member of a consulting firm or system integrator • Able to effectively interact with cross functional Teams • Understanding of Drilling industry and communication environment will be a plus. • Participated in at least 1 full life cycle enterprise-wide Fusion ERP implementations requiring knowledge of business domain requirements, integrations and other ERP components will be a plus. • Oracle Cloud Functional Certified Architect is a plus • TOGAF certification preferred, other architecture certifications a plus ITIL v3/v4 certification is a plus Education and Certifications • Bachelor’s / Masters in Accounting, Commerce, SCM or Computer Engineering, Cost Accountant / CA and/or equivalent formal training or experience • Preferably a Cost Accountant / CA or SCM domain guy well versed with basic accounting & SCM concepts with expertise in SCM Oracle Fusion Implementation projects. • Oracle Fusion SCM Certification will be value addition • Self-organizing and capable of autonomous execution. • Hungry, Humble, Smart Attitude and not afraid to speak your mind.
