Save More Marketplace is in search of a passionate Produce Associate to join our team! As a Produce Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the produce department, ensuring that fruits and vegetables are fresh, beautifully displayed, and appealing to customers. Your role is essential in creating a vibrant shopping experience and promoting healthy choices for our customers. If you love working with fresh products and enjoy helping others, we encourage you to apply! Responsibilities Receive and inspect deliveries of produce to ensure quality and freshness. Stock and rotate produce to maintain freshness, following proper inventory practices. Assist customers with their selections, providing recommendations and nutritional information as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the produce department, including regular cleaning and sanitation practices. Monitor product quality, removing any items that do not meet store standards. Collaborate with team members to create an inviting and visually appealing produce display. No prior experience is required; we offer on-the-job training! Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks, including lifting and stocking. Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance. Good communication skills and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
