JOB SUMMARY:

The Produce Clerk is responsible for maintaining the quality and presentation of fresh produce in the store. This includes receiving and stocking produce, ensuring displays are attractive and well-stocked, and providing excellent customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift and handle produce, and stand for long periods
• Basic knowledge of produce and ability to identify different types
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Physical stamina to handle demands of the job

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a grocery store or produce environment
• Knowledge of produce handling and storage procedures
