JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Produce Manager to oversee the daily operations of our produce department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, sales, and training development. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a team effectively while ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality products.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in store management or as an assistant manager in a retail environment, preferably in the produce sector.
  • Strong understanding of retail math principles and experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A passion for fresh produce and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Previous experience in training development is a plus.
