Description Volante Farms in Needham, MA is a place for all seasons. As a fourth-generation family run farm, farm stand, and garden center it has over one hundred years in the community- specializing in homegrown and locally grown produce, ornamental and vegetable plants and seasonal decorations. More recently, several new departments were added as part of a large renovation. These include a locally sourced grocery department, butcher shop, ice cream stand and a still growing food service component including a deli, bakery, coffee shop, and two kitchens preparing food for retail sales; soups, salads, and sandwiches; catering for businesses and family events; pastries and desserts. We are looking for Produce Handlers to join our growing team! We are looking to hire for this position ASAP. Apply today! Job Duties could include: Replenish and organize produce areas Assist customers with produce questions Rotate produce stock and maintain quality standards Schedule This is a full time, retail based job. The schedule is roughly 40 hours per week, which will often include weekends, evening, and holidays. We are closed many major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day, Fourth of July). The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position, actual rate will be determined by experience. Time and a half is paid for all hours over 40, Sundays, and selected holidays. Requirements 16+ years old Ability to life up to 50+ pounds

Responsibilities
