JOB SUMMARY

The Produce Associate plays a vital role in ensuring that our customers have access to fresh, high-quality produce. This position involves a combination of customer service, merchandising, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the produce section. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous 1 year experience in produce department is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers effectively.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions.
  • Familiarity with merchandising principles and practices is a plus.
  • Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is advantageous but not required at hiring (training will be provided).
