CAREER OPPORTUNITY: PRODUCE SUPERVISOR

EDUCATIONAL /TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:

• 3 Years in Produce management
• Ability to read and write English
• High school graduate preferred
• Ability to work with technology (iPads)

On a daily basis you will be responsible for:

Maintain daily adequate fresh stock levels at store level

• Oversee daily orders of produce to retail stores. Utilize case split to slow moving stores.
• Minimize inventory loss, waste, damage and shrinkage.
• Manage and control store activities including inventory control and pest control.
• Develop store plans to achieve overall sales & profit objectives.
• Respond to store inquiries and assist where needed.
• Identify areas of opportunity and efficiencies.
• Coach, train and develop employees in all aspects of the operation.
• Ensure stores are appropriately stocked and record-keeping is properly maintained as per standards.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
• Proactively maintain a pipeline for key positions.
• Deliver and support on the Rabba standards.
• Compliance to internal SOP’s, rules and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned
