As a Produce Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the freshest products and outstanding service. We are looking for a passionate and organized Produce Supervisor to join our team at our Latoria Walk location.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: Previous work in a produce department
• Enthusiasm: Great attitude and work ethic
• Communication: Excellent communication skills
• Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Food Safety Knowledge

• Team Management: Assist with training and development of deli staff and supervise staff in various duties.
• Customer Service: Interact with customers, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge: Be well-versed in produce.
• Merchandising: Manage product storage, rotation, and merchandising.
• Product Maintenance: Ensure the quality and freshness of produce throughout the department.
• Food Safety: Ensure that all safety procedures are followed.
