Position: Produce Supervisor
Schedule: Full-Time (including weekends and holidays as needed)
Pay: $18–$20/hour (based on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in produce, grocery, or fresh food retail (leadership experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of fruits, vegetables, and seasonal produce.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in cooler environments.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Friendly, professional, and service-oriented.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

• Lead and supervise the produce team to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Receive, inspect, and stock fresh fruits and vegetables.
• Maintain clean, well-organized, and visually appealing produce displays.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO method).
• Place and manage produce orders with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Train new staff and foster a positive, customer-focused team culture.
• Assist customers with produce selection and provide product knowledge.
