Role The primary role of the Producer is to run projects on time and on budget, delivering ideas worth talking about that exceed both client and agency expectations. You are highly organised, possess a strong technical understanding of production, and are driven by developing innovative approaches to social first content. As a creative thinker, you contribute to the process by identifying the best execution strategies and assembling the right partners to elevate our output. Responsibilities Manage specialists and talent to deliver content across broadcast, film, photography, and experiential formats. Maintain high standards of documentation, cost management, and quality control. Lead pre production and production meetings to align all parties on requirements, timings, and costs. Partner with internal teams and clients to communicate the agency’s production POV and sourcing recommendations. Provide technical and social first expertise during the creative process to help drive a culture of craft excellence. Build strong relationships with Creatives and Project Managers to deliver the best possible product within budget. Source and negotiate with high performing suppliers and external partners. Manage end to end financial administration, including POs, invoice approvals, and job reconciliations to ensure profitability. Monitor job cost reports in real-time, proactively flagging any issues that could impact revenue or lead to overages. Skills Proven experience in social content production, shoot management, and post-production workflows. Ability to collaborate across all agency departments and build productive relationships with clients. Skilled at managing multiple moving parts while maintaining meticulous attention to detail. A solid roster of suppliers and partners to draw upon. A genuine drive for social marketing and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
