THE OPPORTUNITY:

If you’re someone who enjoys managing all stages of production while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines, you could be a perfect fit for the Producer, EU role we currently have available at Team Liquid.
As a Producer, EU, you’ll be at the heart of executing video and photo projects for Team Liquid’s Brand, Marketing & Content (BMC) department. You’ll partner with internal teams to create engaging content that strengthens Team Liquid’s presence with fans across Europe. From conceptualization to final deliverables, you’ll handle the production process, ensuring all content aligns with our brand goals, engaging the community, and bringing fresh ideas to life.
Location: Utrecht, Netherlands Candidates are required to be located in the Netherlands and be in our Facility in Utrecht at least three days a week.

Responsibilities


    • Develop and refine storylines, treatments, rundowns, scripts, and visual concepts.

    • Own quality standards for assigned projects and work to continuously improve processes.
    • Execute, schedule, and manage video and photo shoots.
    • Own project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high production standards.
    • Facilitate communication between creative teams, talent, and production staff to ensure alignment.
    • Own relationships with key internal stakeholders and serve as the primary point of contact for projects.
    • Architect technical solutions to production bottlenecks and implement innovative workflows.
    • Drive the adoption of new production tools and technologies within the regional team.
    • Conduct final quality checks for all deliverables within your assigned region.
