About the role As a Producer, Programming, you will lead the development and delivery of performances, events and creative projects across Arts Centre Melbourne's Programming pillar. Working closely with artists, presenters, promoters and internal teams, you will scope, budget, plan and execute innovative programs that align with the organisation's curatorial framework and public purpose objectives. This role combines creative producing, project management and stakeholder engagement, requiring strong artistic judgement, commercial awareness and the ability to deliver complex events from concept through to successful presentation.
