  • Experience with Digital Asset Management systems such as Bynder or similar.
  • Solid understanding of camera equipment, lighting setups, and production technologies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong grasp of photography and videography production processes.
  • Experience in budgeting and resourcing for creative productions.

Responsibilities

The GelBottle Inc. is on an exciting growth journey, and we’re looking for a Producer to be part of our vibrant, founder-led company. If you’re passionate about working in a fast-paced environment and eager to contribute to a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C brands, this is your chance to make a significant impact!
You’ll join our Creative team, reporting directly to the Head of Studio and Production, while collaborating closely with the Creative Director, Studio Manager, and other department leads.

Your purpose will be to drive smooth execution of creative projects by leading production processes, managing resources, and delivering high-quality content that aligns with brand objectives. In short, this role will oversee production workflows in the studio and external photo and video shoots, ensuring creative excellence and operational efficiency. You can also expect to:

  • Manage end-to-end production schedules, budgets, and resources across creative projects
  • Lead pre-production planning and ensure alignment on creative vision and deliverables
  • Oversee shoots, directing talent and crew while resolving on-set issues in real time
  • Coordinate post-production workflows, from editing to final asset delivery
  • Source and manage vendors and freelancers with support from the Head of Production
  • Maintain organised asset libraries and ensure proper use of DAM systems
  • Monitor project budgets, track spend, and provide regular updates
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve production efficiency

This is a hybrid role, spending three days a week with the team in our Brighton office.
