  • 1-2 years of experience in campaign or project coordination, or a related field.

  • Familiarity with marketing technologies (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Adobe, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Exceptional multitasking and time-management skills.
  • A forward-thinking approach to anticipate and mitigate issues.

Responsibilities

More specifically, your tasks will include:

  • Owning SOPs: Taking ownership of Standard Operational Processes (SOPs), ensuring they are well-defined, documented, and followed by the team.
  • Overseeing New Process Rollouts: Managing risks and ensuring successful adoption of new capabilities or services.
  • Workload Management: Setting up efficient systems for managing the workload in the teams and between centers
  • Reporting: Preparing and sharing finance reports, and internal data analysis and operational reporting.
  • Leading SCRUMs: Leading or delegating daily SCRUMs and SE SCRUMs, maintaining SCRUM/Kanban boards, and reporting anticipated deviations from planned timings.
  • Overseeing Onboarding: Onboarding all new team members, assigning buddies and mentors, and ensuring quick integration and effective role performance.
  • Coordinating Incident Management: Supporting and resolving incidents, minimizing disruption to client campaigns.
  • Collaborating on Non-BAU Requests: Correctly trafficking non-BAU client requests to the right people within MO and MAP.
  • Streamlining Client Experience: Ensuring externally-facing processes effectively showcase the value of MO services.
  • Acting as Cross-Capabilities SPOC: Serving as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment across capabilities
