JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS

As a Producer you will be a part of our dynamic team focused on producing high-quality content. This role plays a vital part in shaping our brand’s voice and ensuring the accuracy and clarity of all visual materials.
Reports To: Production Manager
Direct Report: Directors
Works & Interacts With: The Marketing team and other members of the WMG.
Work Location: Corporate Office at Ikeja and Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, and any other project location, as may be required to complete work responsibilities.

1. Plan and oversee production processes for various projects.
2. Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
3. Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth production operations.
4. Hire, train, and manage production team members.
5. Source and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
6. Monitor and manage resources to meet project requirements.
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on set.
8. Manage and maintain production budgets to optimize costs.
9. Troubleshoot any production issues and implement effective solutions.
10. Evaluate and select scripts or projects for production.
11. Collaborate with directors, writers, and other key personnel during pre-production.
12. Coordinate casting, location scouting, and scheduling.
13. Oversee post-production editing and final output.
14. Collaborate with marketing and promotion teams for project releases.
15. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
16. Foster a positive and productive work environment within the production team.
17. Ensure all legal and contractual obligations are met.
18. Handle any crisis or unexpected situations during production.
19. Manage relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
20. Lead and motivate the production team to achieve project objectives.
