Responsibilities: Verify routine product conformance to engineering drawings, specifications, and design requirements Document and provide objective evidence of inspection results Perform audits, surveillance, and process monitoring activities Identify, document, and track product discrepancies and non-conformances Segregate and control non-conforming material (NCM) to prevent unintended use Conduct preliminary review and disposition of non-conforming conditions Support and participate in customer product/process verification reviews Identify repetitive or systemic quality issues and initiate corrective action requests (CARs) Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required (vocational training or Associate degree preferred) 2+ years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or other regulated industry 1+ year of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience applying analytical and problem-solving skills in a production or quality environment Work Requirements: Must be willing and able to work any assigned shift Preferred Qualifications: Experience using precision measurement tools (calipers, digital micrometers, optical micrometers, depth gages, thread gages, go/no-go gages) Experience navigating CMES (Common Manufacturing Execution System) Experience working with REDARS and IVT systems Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled Employer.
