Job Description Job Description Captura Hall is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Account Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of client accounts. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate product handling, timely delivery, and consistent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal departments Coordinate product orders, inventory tracking, and logistics timelines Assist in the development and execution of account strategies Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions Monitor KPIs, prepare account performance reports, and recommend improvements Collaborate with the sales, product, and operations teams to ensure client needs are met Troubleshoot and resolve any product-related issues with urgency and professionalism Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in account coordination, customer service, or product management Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility Additional Information Benefits Competitive salary: $58,000 – $64,000 annually Opportunities for professional growth and internal advancement Supportive and collaborative team environment On-the-job training and development programs Health, dental, and vision insurance options Paid time off and holidays
