Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Product Admin Assistant to join the Club L London Team.
This role is ideal for someone looking to start or grow their career in fashion retail, working closely with the design, buying, and merchandising teams to support the smooth execution of product lifecycle processes from initial set-up to collection launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Setup & Data Management within Excel and internal systems
  • Range plan management - Uploading new styles and collections, inputting data and managing data changes as part of the product development process.
  • Ensure product attributes, SKUs, descriptions, pricing, and supplier details are correctly recorded.
  • Managing the end-to-end product critical path and communicating with product departments (design, garment tech, merch, production) to ensure deadlines are met
  • Liaise with internal teams (Buying, Design, Merchandising, Ecommerce) to support product development timelines, photoshoots and launches.
  • Sample Management in house, recording and coordinate sample tracking.
  • Conducting competitor research and analysis to support the Product team on maximisations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team including calendar scheduling, meeting notes, and ad hoc tasks to support the Product team
