THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a Product Administrator who will provide organization and administrative support to the Products team, including managing the products library, tracking development and UAT of output from systems.

Responsibilities
  • Re-organizing and managing the products library, including helping with the move of documents to Box from Teams, and creating indexes for the product endorsements, etc.
  • Formatting wordings, endorsements and assigning form numbers to these documents.
  • Facilitating and tracking wordings/endorsements in the ISI queue.
  • Testing output from ISI to ensure output matches what is in the library.
  • Helping with the product tracker to organize and track product development.
  • Facilitating and tracking translations.
