Product Adoption Consultant; RF-SMART for NetSuite We exist to transform our customers and change lives. As a Warehouse Consultant at RF-SMART, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge warehouse management solutions using our innovative data collection software for NetSuite ERP. What You’ll Do: Design & Execute Adoption Strategies: Create tailored transition plans to help existing customers migrate from legacy functions to new RF-SMART solutions, with a focus on demonstrating enhanced value and operational improvements. Consult & Educate: Serve as the product evolution expert, proactively engaging customers to understand their current processes and illustrate the benefits of new functionality through demos, ROI analysis, and best practice sharing. Build & Manage Pipeline: Partner with Strategic Account Executives to identify and prioritize customers for product adoption, developing a systematic approach to customer outreach and engagement. Lead Customer Success: Guide customers through the adoption journey, from initial education through implementation, ensuring smooth transitions and documented success stories. Analyze & Report: Track adoption metrics, gather customer feedback, and identify trends to help refine the adoption strategy and product enhancement recommendations. Leverage usage data to ensure successful adoption and identify areas where customers can immediately take advantage of new functionality. Identify and document potential enhancement needs. Drive Customer Retention: Convert product education and customer engagement into tangible adoption wins, contributing to company revenue goals through successful migrations. Communicate & Collaborate: Maintain clear communication channels between customers, account executives, and internal teams to ensure aligned expectations and successful outcomes. What You Bring: Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in a supply chain-related field or equivalent experience. Experience in warehouse operations and familiarity with ERP systems, especially NetSuite, is a plus. Communication & Presentation: You’re a clear communicator with excellent presentation skills, whether in person or through web demos. Strategic and problem solving mindset: You are curious to understand the full picture or problem before jumping to conclusions and are open to uncovering other opportunities for training or helping the customer beyond the problem they come to you about.
