  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional certification in Change Management is highly desirable
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams and projects
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Inventory and Product Management systems, familiarity with CARMA is an advantage

Responsibilities

Digital Realty is looking for a Adoption (Change) Manager to develop and implement adoption management strategies supporting organizational initiatives and projects driven by the Product and Engineering business unit. This role will collaborate with, and coordinate various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and leadership, to facilitate the successful implementation of changes, updates, and enhancements. The Adoption Manager will report to the Head of Product Implementation and be part of the CTO organization.

  • Develop and maintain the product adoption management strategy and plans in alignment with overall business objectives
  • Assess the impact of changes, and ensure that all changes are approved, implemented, and reviewed in a controlled manner
  • Conduct risk assessments and impact analyses for proposed changes and develop mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and process owners to understand the business impact of changes and ensure business readiness
  • Communicate change plans, schedules, and outcomes to all relevant parties
  • Develop and deliver training programs
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the change management process through key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
  • Provide regular leadership updates to on adoption activities, outcomes, and continuous improvement initiative
