KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Team Lead / Resource planning on activities
• Responsibility on segment specific technical solutions
• Technical lead: Lead and coordinate sustaining engineering, quality, and development activities, also engaging in design work for customer projects
• Technical Support: Work closely with internal stakeholders and provide technical support for ongoing projects
• Documentation Management: Manage and develop technical documentation and design materials

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or another relevant field. Relevant experience can compensate for educational requirements
• Experience in leading smaller scale projects & activities
• Ability to guide and support the engineering team
• Experience with 3D and 2D design software is an advantage
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
